Material - Polar Collection
All materials used in production of Polar Collection are from first-class trusted european producers (e.g.
Schoeller® from Switzerland, Voack from Austria) except Japanese producer YKK.
Main parts of the clothing are from tapeable three-layered laminate which is wind- and waterproof
and still breathable, elastic (four-way stretch) and soft. It is extremely sunlight resistant with
environmentally friendly membrane. This material offers a previously unattainable comfort of sportswear,
it perfectly adapts to the user, allow him freedom of movement and keeps a stable form.
The most stressed parts of the clothing are protected with schoeller®-keprotec® material
with highly stable aramid fibers Kevlar, winner of Techtextil Design Plus Award. This extreme protective
fabric ensure high durability, extremely abrassion proof and tear resistant in combination with a
high level of clothing comfort.
Whole colllection has fully taped seams and it is provided with waterproof world class zippers from
YKK.
Material - Race Collection
Our ski suits are sewn from Soft Shell material. This is material from the Swiss company Schoeller. Compared
with conventional soft-shells, which are braided, this material is woven, thus resistant to coatings,
and is three-layered, coated, and set with a membrane. The material also contains Cordura, a fiber which
makes it very resistant to abrasion and is suitable not only for snow, but also on ice and rock. Due to
3XDRY treatment, the material is not only water-repellent but also waterproof (water resistant), meaning
that it is waterproof even under pressure, actively wicks sweat (which does not hold in the fabric, so
you do not feel cold after the end of active movement), spots and stains do not form on the fabric, it
does not stick to the body, thus drying in an eighth of the time in comparison to conventional materials.
Materials with this treatment keep the skin dry and comfortable during extreme exercise. The fabric
is windproof. This material is Schoeller's absolute bestseller. It has won awards for outstanding products,
particularly good products, and above average performance. The tests showed a high performance and superior
wear resistance.
